Ordering and turnaround times
Work will not commence on your file until full payment has been made. If you are paying via a Paypal echeque/ echeck, then this will mean a delay as it will take some days for the echeque to clear.
Please allow 2 *working* days for your draft invitation / insert card files. “Working days” are Monday to Friday. Other co-ordinates may take longer.
You will send me the invitation text in the (pink!) box on the invitation product page or to the email address provided when your order goes through. If your invitation has space for a photo, then you can attach the photo on the product page or email it to the address that will come through with your order. For the fastest response to your message, please quote your order number (shown on the order confirmation email) in all correspondence with me.
The proofing process / draft files
I will personalize the invitation with your text and send you the draft file to check over. The draft file will be sent to the email address that comes through with your order.
Upon receiving the draft file, you may correct any errors in the text. It might not be possible to add more text at this stage and for this reason it is extremely important that I have all the invitation text from the start.
It is extremely important that errors / typos in the text are corrected before you “approve” the file for printing. Once the file has been approved for printing, amendments cannot be made to the text.
If you are purchasing a digital file from me then again errors / typos in the text must be found and corrected by you before you “approve” the file. Once you have “approved” the file and I have emailed you the final file, amendments to the file will be chargeable.
Refunds / cancellations
Once I have started work on your file, refunds are not available on the “design” portion of the order. If you have placed an order for printed invitations from me but for any reason the printing does not go ahead, I can refund the unused printing cost less the design cost. The design cost will be a minimum of US$15 (to check what this would be, look at the cost of the digital file for your design would be).
Once you have “approved” the file for printing, it is not possible to amend nor cancel this part of the order.
If you are ordering printed invitations from me, these invitations will be shipped to the address that comes through on the Paypal payment, so please make sure this is correct.
Currently, printed invitations can only be shipped to addresses in UK and USA.
Please allow one *working* day for a response to an email (I will respond sooner if I can). On the weekend, I don’t do design work and try not to answer emails either. To avoid burnout, I try to keep weekends for family time.
