How do I give you the wording for my invitation?
You can put the wording in the little box at checkout but if you miss it, no problem!
Please email the wording to: email@example.com . Ideally, please quote your order number in the email.
To minimize the chance of any errors in your draft file, please provide this in a format that can be cut and pasted. Raw text in the body of the email works just fine for this! Please don't send it in picture or screenshot form.
How can I send you the photo for my card?
Please email the photo to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Ideally, please quote your order number when you send the email.
Do you ship your invitations outside USA?
Currently, I only ship to USA addresses, sorry!
Will I get a draft file to check over? Can I make corrections to the text?
Yes, you will receive a draft file to check over (approx 1-2 *working* days after purchase). This will be sent via email. You can make corrections / small edits to the text at this stage.
How soon after ordering can I expect to receive my printed items?
Generally I would say to allow 5-7 *working* days from purchase to receive the printed items at your door. This assumes you can "approve" the draft file quickly and don't need any revisions (or just really simple ones).
Where are your cards printed and shipped from?
All items are printed in and shipped from sunny California!
Can you design an insert card or thank you card to match the invite?
