I love one of your designs but I need it on matching items
I'm so pleased to hear you love one of my designs! Most designs are available as part of collections that offer already offer insert cards, thank you cards, favor tags etc. Please try shopping via theme / collection on this site.
If you can't find what you need then you may be able to make it yourself using Zazzle's "Transfer This Design" feature which is available under all products.

I have placed an order via Zazzle and I need to change it
Zazzle handles the production and shipping of all items for me. If your order has not already been sent to print then you should be able to cancel it yourself inside your Zazzle account, then re-order. If your items have already been sent to print, you'll need to contact Zazzle customer services directly.
Do you offer custom designs?
I do not currently offer bespoke designs exclusive to one client. However, at any given time I have multiple new collections in the works so if you can't find what you need in shop then it might already be in the pipeline. Apart from this, my capacity for custom orders is very limited. Please do email me at custom@dulcegrace.com to see if I can help your vision come to life.
Do you offer digital files of these designs?
Zazzle now offers digital downloads and most of my invitation designs are available as digital files via Zazzle. As of now, insert cards etc are not available as digital files.
